Encouraging Word for Today 6/27/24

Psalm 103:1-5

1. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3. Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4. Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5. Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Bless in Hebrew is an act of adoration / to kneel / to praise / to thank. Daily the Lord loads us with benefits, some that we don't even thank Him for. When we think that there is nothing that is going good in our life, His Word reminds us that yes there is. He deserves all praise. (Romans 8:28) "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Have a Blessed Thursday my Friends and do lift up those that are sick in our prayers.
