Encouraging Word for Today 4/8/24

Matthew 24:35-36

35. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

36. But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

The Lord will come again and the most important thing in our lives is to be ready. No man knows the day or hour of his Coming but Jesus said in this same chapter (Mat. 24:44) "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." There are many false teachings in the world but my trust is in the Blessed Word of God, the Truth. It is forever settled in Heaven. Continue to pray for those who are not ready and I pray each one of you will have a blessed day today. By the way, I recommend that you listen and watch our Youth Singing with Higher Ground last night, it will Bless you.

Encouraging Word for Today 4/10/24

1 John 3:1-2

1. Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

2. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

What a priviledge it is to be borned again, washed in the Blood of Jesus, saved by His Grace, having the Hope of eternal life, and being called one of His. This is because of the Love of the Father that he has given (bestowed) to us by his precious Son Jesus. It is for Whosoever that shall call upon his name. I am thankful that we shall see Him as he is. I know who he is to me, my Lord and Saviour, and I pray for those who don't but they could if they will repent and believe upon the Son of God for forgiveness of their sins.
