Encouraging Word for Today 5/6/24

Isaiah 55:6-7

6. Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

7. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

PROCRASTINATE : To put off from day to day; to delay; to defer to a future time; as, to procrastinate repentance.

It is the most important thing in our lives to seek the Lord with all our heart while we can. It is not the Lord's will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. Many people may have good intentions to do so but they let so many distractions in their lives hinder them from salvation. When we die, we will not have another opportunity to ask for forgiveness so we need to call upon him while He is near. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. Continue to pray for those that are lost that they may be saved. Have a blessed Monday my friends.
