“Who shall not inherit the kingdom of God”
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
9. Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10. Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
The Bible says in Luke 19:10, “ For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” Also in 2 Peter 3:9, “ The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
No one has to die die lost and be cast into the Lake of Fire but because many will reject the drawing power of the Holy Spirit and turn a deaf ear to the Word of God, that is exactly what will take place. It is not popular nor politically correct to say that not everyone is going to Heaven and escape the damnation of Hell but according to the Word of God in the Gospel of Matthew ,
“ Mat. 7:21 “ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
Friend there is a great opportunity for you that are lost to be saved. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 6:2,
“(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)”
Why don’t you find a place right now and call upon the Lord Jesus Christ and ask him to forgive you of your sins and become a new creature in Christ. He made a promise in 2 Corinthians 5:17, {and God cannot lie.} “ Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
We invite you to come and join us at Mt. Carmel Freewill Baptist Church where we worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. We don’t use gimmicks or things of this world to entice people but we will Sing, Teach, and Preach about what the Word of God says as the Holy Spirit leads.
