Unity “Part 3”
“What Christians agree upon”
Revelations 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
In this last part that I write about “Unity” among the borned again believers in Christ, is concerning what we all desire: that not one of our family, friends, neighbors or anyone dies unsaved.
The Bible says in 1 Timothy 2 verse 4, “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of truth.” Christ made a way that, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
If anyone fails to call upon Christ to be saved and rejects the teachings that the Lord has left for us in his precious Word, the only other alternative when the breath leaves their body is Hell. This is the place that God prepared for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41) and we find in 2 Peter 3:9, “The lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
As Christians, we need to pray and live our lives as a good witness of the Truth to let the unsaved know that the Bible says in Revelation 20:14-15, “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.”
There is no opportunity to be saved after death. As Christians we can agree that we do not want anyone to die lost and go to this place of an everlasting fire, where the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched, tormented day and night for ever and ever.
God Bless You, fight the good fight of faith, and keep praying and witnessing to those who need our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in their lives. I agree with this.
